Suchitra Inamdar took an interesting session reminding us about many gems which we needed to follow. She began the session by telling us never to forget the foundation of our life i.e. our Daily routine. Following a regular daily routine is the foundation of our physical, psychological and emotional health. It is a prerequisite for good  health. She also told us to observe ourselves and see what is good for us.

Further, we also need to make an assessment about which combination of eating, sleeping, rest, working hours is best for us, to be productive and energetic throughout the day.
She gave us a few important numbers – 14 hour fasting at night and 3 hour fasting before sleeping at night. Sleeping at night is essential. Sleep is required between 6 to 9 hours.
She also told us to observe what is comfortable for us, and not blindly accept rules of good health thrown at us by someone and to learn from those insights.

Anxiety will be reduced a lot if we follow a good daily routine.
Biases due to upbringing can be overcome by remembering this saying – There is an expiry date for complaining about our parents. It is 18 years of age.
