If you have diabetes, you don&#8217;t focus on it all the time. You also focus on the fact that you have a good career, loving family,\u00a0 active social life and love for sports &amp; travel.<br><br>It can be similar for mental illness too. Instead of focusing on your mental health disorder all the time, you can focus on other areas of your life : friends, family, lifestyle interests and hobbies?
