How we say is so important.\u00a0Don&#8217;t label yourself, set yourself free. In you, there is boundless possibilities &#x1f60a;<br>Our fingers are our mini versions. They hold the secret to various emotions. Hold them gently one by one.\u00a0Feel the throbbing pulse and enjoy the sensation. See how FAST it takes a U turn!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Worry, Fear, Anger, Sadness\u00a0and Trying too hard &#8211; all taken care off in the least possible hour&#x1f60a;. This is\u00a0the Japanese technique\u00a0&#8211; Jin Shin Jhitsyu, a mindful technique &#x1f60a;&#x1f338;<br>Try Pomo Doro too &#x1f60a;Fixing concentration for 10 or 20 minutes\u00a0as if wearing the bridle so there are no side blinks. Then take a 5 minute break.\u00a0Repeat this practice again and again. Just say that was a feedback, just need to change my strategy.\u00a0And solve this problem again mindfully\u00a0 &#x1f60a;<br>At night when it&#8217;s time to sleep,\u00a0follow this\u00a0Japanese method to distress. Bathe yourself in god &#8216;s golden divine\u00a0light.\u00a0Firmly believe and let\u00a0his divinity\u00a0make all things right &#x1f60a;\u00a0Pour on yourself mugs of golden colour with full vigour.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let this be the protective halo around you.\u00a0Change your old beliefs that no longer serves you. Scrub off any worry you cling to\u00a0as superman pose really sinks in you &#x1f60a;<br>Practice affirmations with strong body language. Say things that you really mean well. Next time make a passing remark. Make it as casual as it can sound.<br>I have just a little worry, nothing that I can&#8217;t handle. I am the owner of my mind.
