been to two HCI meets so far and I am already\nbeginning to notice some benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People understand that you are in a unique situation and\nit&#8217;s okay to not be perfect emotionally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HCI meets are quite therapeutic simply by way of letting you\nshare things.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I feel lighter and I have more energy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s like sympathetic cleansing, if that&#8217;s even a thing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><li
